Surely you have seen these fun flowers before...
They are super easy to make and are sure to brighten your day!
I still have more to make and I'm thinking of rearranging by colors, but I wanted to share!
Here's a quick How To:
Step 1: Roll your yarn around your fingers many times
(I think I counted to 100)
Step 2: Remove from fingers and thread a piece of floral wire thru the center
Step 3: Tie a tight knot with your wire
Step 4: Cut your "ball" of yarn directly down the middle
Step 5: Trim your pom pom to desired length
Step 6: Attach a painted dowel (like I did) with your glue gun or use floral stems that are made out of a paper material. I bought some at Hobby Lobby and they must have dropped out of my bag in the parking lot.
UGH!
It's hard shopping with a toddler...
I know these aren't the best directions, but I pretty much used this tutorial:
And then just as I was working on this post I found this:
LOVE!
Happy (almost) Spring!!

Believe or not, but I had never seen this yet! These looks super easy and they look so cute in your arrangement. I understand the toddler shopping woes. It's amazing how much I can get done when I don't have Riley with me. Thanks so much for sharing at Whimsy Wednesdays!
These flowers are so cute and look so easy to make.

I've seen with felt but not yarn. So simple and I can finally use up all my yarn. I will definitely be trying this!
